Furnace Service Co. started in 2012 with a simple mission: provide honest furnace services at fair prices without the corporate hassle. Founder James Morrison had spent 15 years working for large HVAC companies and was tired of seeing customers get upsold and mistreated.
He believed there had to be a better way. A company where technicians could take their time, explain things clearly, and focus on fixing problems rather than pushing unnecessary services. So he started Furnace Service Co. in his garage with one truck and a lot of determination.
Fast forward to today— we've grown to a team of 12 licensed technicians, but our values remain the same. Every team member is background-checked, trained, and committed to treating your home with respect.
